★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen cambio o solo aceptan pago en tarjeta, la comida te la dan fría y tienen muy poco personal y hacen que el servicio sea demasiado lento
 They never have change or only accept payment by card, the food is given to you cold and they have very little staff and they make the service too slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Papas frias y cocas que saben a pura agua... Aveces aceptan "solo" tarjeta y otras "solo" efectivo. Pesimo servicio. Pedi 3 big macs. 1 me la dieron con solo UNA carne!!!
Regreso oct 13 2021... 20 minutos para 2 hamburgers y 2 happy mealsm. Pesimo..
Cold potatoes and cocas that taste like pure water ... Sometimes they accept "only" card and others "only" cash. Terrible service. I ordered 3 big macs. 1 they gave it to me with only ONE meat !!!
Return Oct 13 2021 ... 20 minutes for 2 hamburgers and 2 happy mealsm. Appalling..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí por rappi una hamburguesa con todo y me mandaron solo el pan con carne y lechuga. Esta horrible y no hay ningún teléfono al que pueda marcar para resolver la situación
I ordered a hamburger with everything for rappi and they sent me only the bread with meat and lettuce. It's horrible and there is no phone I can dial to resolve the situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer fui a McDonald's Altaria, la señorita que preparaba mis alimentos tos si tenía cubrebocas pero su compañero al lado de ella, platicando sin cubrebocas al lado de mi comida. La mayoría de los trabajadores sin cubrebocas, cuando se los comenté se burlaron. Que pésimo servicio ?
Yesterday I went to McDonald's Altaria, the lady who prepared my food without a mask but her partner next to her, talking without a mask next to my food. Most of the workers without masks, when I commented on them scoffed. What a terrible service ?

terrible service! the place was open at 11am and they didn't attend us until 12:30... why have it open if they are not going to provide service!!

Pedí un sprite, me dieron un agua mineral.
El precio es relativamente bajo, pero creo que sería mucho mejor comer hotdogs de 3x25 a esto.
The taste of the food is disgusting, the quality of the ingredients is questionable.
I asked for a sprite, they gave me a mineral water.
The price is relatively low, but I think it would be much better to eat 3x25 hotdogs than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y no suelo quejarme de este tipo de cosas.
El personal brinda un mal servicio al cliente, empezando con que el chico que toma la orden no saluda, se la pasan platicando entre ellos, y no te dicen cuando está tu orden lista. Tuve que preguntar si la orden que estaba en el mostrador era mía después de hablarles en dos ocasiones y observe descontento de más de un cliente.
Me imagino que no tienen algún supervisor, pero deberían tener más atención con su servicio que brindan.
Terrible service and I don't usually complain about this kind of thing.
The staff provides poor customer service, starting with the guy who takes the order not saying hello, they talk to each other, and they don't tell you when your order is ready. I had to ask if the order that was on the counter was mine after speaking to them twice and observing dissatisfaction from more than one customer.
I imagine they don't have any supervisor, but they should pay more attention to their service that they provide.
