McDonald's La isla - 77500 Cancún

Not good. The beef here does not taste like beef in Canada or anywhere else I've been. Nothing was like the McDonald's we love and know except the vanilla nice cream.

Terrible management as the restaurant was supposed to open at 9am, never opened until 935 am? I ordered 1 egg/sausage mcmuffin, 1 hash brown and breakfast burrito, received a "double egg/sausage mcmuffin, "3" hashbrowns and an apple juice, wrong order taken but I had already waited 2 hrs for it to open and get my "correct " order and after they got 3 previous orders completely wrong, I didnt want to say anything!!????? The one lady was so, so upset, she left the store in tears as she too had to wait for the store to open, and they made her wait too over 20 minutes for her order w only having 2 other customers in line!? Perhaps a manager/employee meeting should be arranged so these unacceptable measures don't occur in the future.

The MD workers were standing around talking, the establishment was dirty. The male cashier was trying to take orders and fix food! The ordering process went great getting the correct food was the problem it took them 3 times to get the order right and we were still missing food. We were given food with no napkins nor lids or straws for our drinks. They definitely need better supervision and structure I would recommend this location to anyone!

The worst McDonald's I've ever tried. Meat tasted like it was deep fried for 3hours and then left on the table all day. Greasy and dry. Coca Cola from fountain drink was too watered down. Threw away everything and left

Made a special trip from our hotel to the plaza to go to McDonald's only to find out it was closed. It was a Thursday at 11:00 a.m. and they were closed. People were inside and when I looked in I asked pointing at my wrist if they were going to be open and the lady shook her head no no time. Walked by again later and it was still closed. Save your time.

Ice cream is excellent when it’s open. Never know when the ice cream stand will be available so that kinda sucks. The location is small and not too clean so prefer to just get ice cream from the outside and continue shopping.

Most of the employees don't speak English, so don't be "that guy" (that is rude because you're trying to make a complicated order in English). As far as heavily trafficked McDonald's go, the fries are always crispy and salty and they have delicious menu items we don't get in the states. However, due to the heavy traffic, they are prone to selling out of food.

Been to this place many times. It is a great place when you need something fast and don't want any of the higher priced La Isla Mall places on the water. Also great if you just want a snack like an ice cream to walk around the mall.
