★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a tourist trap. The prices are at least double of what you would find locally. There was also mold on the ceiling. It's only worth a one star because the employees were friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really slow service. Everyone here is standing around waiting 20-30 minutes for their food. There are only 3 people working in the entire store and one of them is trying to clean the ice cream machine. They all move really slow. Terrible location. Wasted my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged twice for my purchase. I paid with my bank card. I was told this payment was declined. Yet my bank app displayed -£8.43. So I paid again in cash. Since the money has been claimed by the merchant. Rip off McDonalds. The toilets also don’t have any sinks? The whole establishment is also dirty. How disgusting! How McDonald’s allow this place to still use their name - I’ll never know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't come here. They didn't let us use the toilet (we bought a lot of food and drinks) and offered to go outside for money.
They also didn't let us to use refill drinks machine and didn't accept cash from people.
There is no promotions here as in other Macdonalds. You must pay full price for sets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. Toilets were really bad, the few tablets were dirty. The food was about 15 minutes wait, no drinks. No Fanta. They don't speak English at all, I don't understand how such an international place like playa del Carmen and McDonald's,has staff that only speak Spanish!!! Asking for ketchup or mayo was was forbidden ?. The lady with the tickets was not happy, angry with the customers. I don't blame her, the coworker next to her won't help just stands there and watch her stress out. Really bad never seen anything like it, or not for at least 15 years.

He sis a fantastic job.
Unfortunately, having one person doing everything it resulted
In slow service and cold fries. McDonald’s you have dedicated workers but nobody can replace the work of 3 workers.
