Pésima experiencia requiero mi rembolso o que hagan algo, que mal hacen quedar a la marca aaah y aparte no tenían juguetes de stich y están anunciados. HAGAN ALGO!!!! Full of smoke, my mcchicken had no lettuce and very little dressing, no straws or happy meal, all chaos!!! Terrible experience, I require my refund or that they do something, which makes the brand look bad aaah and apart from that they did not have stich toys and they are advertised. DO SOMETHING!!!!

C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay nada más desagradable, que ir a comprar una hamburguesa, pagar lo que pediste, regresar a tu casa, abrir la che bolsa, y ver una mini hamburguesa y tener que ir a reclamar. ¿Que es muy difícil leer el pedido y poner en le bolsa tan cual dice el ticket? Qué nefastos, estoy muy enojada, ahora tendré que regresar a reclamar. Y mi tiempo y la gasolina quien me la repone??? También compré una cajita Infeliz, cada vez le quitan más ingredientes, ya no le ponen queso amarillo, ni pepinillos, ni catsup, ¿que onda? Hay Mexicanos que son muy marranos y no recogen su basura, Este muchacho fresa comiendo se levanto y dejo Todo su tiradero en la Mesa, que mala educacion. Great location over all good. They weren't taking CC at the moment because of a computer glitch I think and they only wanted exact change or close to it. But not their fault if computers crash.

Me hicieron esperar 15 min para tomar mi orden y luego me mandaron al estacionamiento de la plaza a esperar que me la entregaran … esperé 15min más, pero me tuve que bajar por el pedido porque nunca llegaron y vi que estaban entregando órdenes a personas que llegaron después que yo.… ya ahí vi que ni tenían mi pedido listo. Lo mismo pasó a otras personas… tenían un relajo. Very poor service in car service in general. They made me wait 15 minutes to take my order and then they sent me to the parking lot of the plaza to wait for it to be delivered... I waited 15 more minutes, but I had to get off for the order because they never arrived and I saw that they were delivering orders to people who arrived after me... I saw there that they didn't even have my order ready. The same thing happened to other people… they had a blast.

Desde que yo me a cuerdo de McDonald's siempre te dan , siento que se justifican con que por la pandemia ya no, pero otros lugares siguen ofreciendo, como por ejemplo los refrescos de refill en éste ya no te dan refill, osea muy mal. No vuelvo a ir !!! I didn't like it at all, the potatoes were hard, I asked the manager for extra pickles and they can't give you anymore, I mean since when do they have that bad service? Since I remember McDonald's they always give you, I feel that they are justified with the fact that due to the pandemic they no longer offer it, but other places continue to offer it, such as refill soft drinks in this one they no longer give you refill, I mean very bad. I will not go again!!!

Fuimos a desayunar a McDonald's porque había mucha fila en un restaurante de por ahí, con la idea de que sea más rápido. El huevo estaba frío frío y la mantequilla no se podía untar porque estaba congelada. La verdad McDonald's es garantía pero esta vez si me decepcionaron. Ni el café me dieron en lo que esperaba. Y 3 personas sin hacer nada paradas. It took 16 minutes to deliver my breakfast while they stared at that screen for hours without doing anything, it took my friend 20 minutes (and he ordered before me). We went to McDonald's for breakfast because there was a long queue at a restaurant around there, with the idea of making it faster. The egg was cold cold and the butter could not be spread because it was frozen. The truth is McDonald's is a guarantee but this time they disappointed me. Not even the coffee gave me what I expected. And 3 people doing nothing stops.
