I just wish they had this service in the poorer parts of the city. Guess poor people's money is worth less...

The best it's the ice cream (ask for a sundae of chocolat) on a Thursday, special promotion on that day, fast service if you want your good to go.

I tried the new serrano burger which is awful and doesnt satisfies the hunger at all. Other Gourmet Hamburgers are just ok. A nice option when u want a fast food hamburger, but there are others.

Worst McDonald’s food I have ever had. Quality control is terrible - we had cold old food which I sent back - they warmed up the old food we had. Old McDonald’s is not a good thing. On a positive note I may not eat at McDonald’s ever again which is probably a good thing.

I wanted to have a quick bite, so I decided on McDonald's, to my surprise this is one of the first locations in Mexico City where they have automated kioskes a.k.a. automated order machines. I'd describe my whole experience, you are faced with a huge tactil screen where you can choose between combos or single items, in my case I went for a McTrio, the next and logical step is to break down your order into the different components: hamburger, fries and soda, for each of them there are multiple options where you can add or remove "components", such as onion, tomato, ketchup or mayonaisse. All in all it took me more than 5 minutes. Once you have finished ordering paying can be done in cash or credit, you get a ticket and can pick up your order at the counter or have it delivered to your table. Employees are limited to prepare and serve your order and clean after you, I pretty much miss the "old way" of ordering in a few seconds VS the automated version that takes up to 5 minutes.
