★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is pathetic. They constantly run out if product. They have not had Coke w/o sugar in ages, and now a good portion of the breakfast items are out. The guy even messed up my order and did not have change to refund my money. I had to wait, which is even more pathetic as I paid by debit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to have a meal. I used mastercard, there machine showed denied payments 4 times. Then I used the different card, the payment went through. I had a meal. But when I came back to Hotel. I checked my mastercard payment on statement and it showed that the payment went through. The mastercard payment wasn't denied, they did something to the machine. They are the fraud, all women working over there that day. I would never recommend you go there in Mexico. They can't even speak English and they work in McDonald's. It's just a shame.

The A/C could be a bit cooler, because with the scorching temps outside it barely feels cool, but I am also an environmentalist so I kind of get it.
