The hamburger had too much ketchup... I ordered WITHOUT ONION with cheese and bacon... they put onion rings without cheese and hardly any bacon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como ya todos saben, la atención dentro de lo q cabe es buena, a veces demoran un poco en darte tu orden por la demanda de comenzales pero de ahí en fuera todo en orden, limpieza y buena atención al cliente, lo he visitado seguido y hasta ahora en orden, lo unico q voya mencionar en su contra es q las hamburguesas cada vez se ven más feas y falsas, ojala volvieran a dar un mejor producto, los precios subieron y la calidad bajo.
As everyone knows, the service is good, as far as it goes, sometimes they take a while to give you your order due to the demand for starters, but from then on everything is in order, cleanliness and good customer service, I have visited it often and so far in order, the only thing I am going to mention against it is that the hamburgers look increasingly ugly and fake, I wish they would give a better product again, the prices went up and the quality went down.
