★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitting outside McDonald's waiting for them to open. I thought they opened at 7am. Well, it's already 7:30 and they still not open. This is unheard of any where else. What's really going on???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great! The guy working the parking lot was rude and lazy. I'm in a wheelchair and can get it myself but for him to stand there and stare at me was down right rude. A passerby man on a motorcycle stopped, got off took his Uber eats pack off and helped me in the door. Hats off to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great to see a McDonald's in Merida. The food was exactly how you would see in the United States. The menu is different which is a good thing but the original menu items were just as great in Mexico as the United States.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had no coffee. How does a McDonald's have no coffee at 9 am? The staff were not helpful or friendly. I don't expect a lot from McDonald's, but ours was a pretty disappointing experience.
