el dia 23 de marzo personal de esta empresa realizo una compra de gel antibacterial atraves de mercado libre y encuanto recibieron el producto relantaron reclamo en todas sus compras argumentando que el producto no les servia ya que los querian para el uso en hospitales y sectores de salud ademas agregaron que por su emplio conocimiento en geles estaban seguros que nuestro gel antibacterial no les serviria, despues cambiaron su vercion y dijeron que los contenedores les llegaron vacios lo cual es imposible ya que nuestros contenedores se encuantran completamente llenos y muy bein sellados. se acordo que se regresaria el producto
y se les regresaria su dinero correspondiente a las compras que realizaron, pero sin embargo manipularon los contenedores y sacaron todo el producto y solo enviaron los contenedores vacios. seles trato de contactar pero nadie dio respuesta. nos parece una actitud inaceptable y deshonesta ya que si no les servia el producto por que se prestaron para realizar este tipo de fraude.

On March 23, staff of this company made a purchase of antibacterial gel through the free market and as soon as they received the product they reported a claim in all their purchases arguing that the product did not serve them as they wanted them for use in hospitals and health sectors. They also added that due to their extensive knowledge of gels, they were sure that our antibacterial gel would not work for them, then they changed their view and said that the containers arrived empty, which is impossible since our containers are completely full and very sealed. it was agreed that the product would be returned
and their money corresponding to the purchases they made would be returned to them, but nevertheless they manipulated the containers and took out all the product and only sent the empty containers. I tried to contact them but no one answered. It seems to us an unacceptable and dishonest attitude since if the product did not serve them, they lent themselves to carry out this type of fraud.
