Respuesta para que puedan mejorar su servicio, fui a sus instalaciones que están frente al aeropuerto de Guadalajara para enviar unas cajas fuertes, llame para solicitar la cotización, me dijeron que les mandará un correo con las especificaciones de las cajas fuertes (medidas y peso) una vez hecho esto recibí la cotización y se hizo el pago, llame con la persona que me atendió Edgar Paredes para confirmar el depósito y poder recibir el número de reservación para que las recibieran en sus instalaciones, al momento de descargar las cajas fuertes SIN que las pesaran me negaron el servicio argumentando que no cumplía con sus políticas de peso y volumen, es desagradable que tengan personal tan incompetente aparte de las 4 horas que me hicieron perder ese día, ya hace un tiempo habíamos usado sus servicios sin contratiempos, desde un inicio me hubieran dicho que no podían y listo, si me hubieran comentado desde un principio me voy con aeromexico que al final del día si pudo, lo que más me llamó la atención que antes de salir alguien de almacén me dio una hoja y me dijo que pusiera que me retiraba por no convenir con los precios, si lo escribo les hubiera dado la razón.

Answer so they can improve their service, I went to their facilities in front of the Guadalajara airport to send some safes, call to request the quote, they told me that they will send an email with the specifications of the safes (measures and weight) Once this was done I received the quote and the payment was made, call with the person who attended me Edgar Paredes to confirm the deposit and be able to receive the reservation number so that they received them in their facilities, at the time of unloading the safes WITHOUT they would weigh me denied the service arguing that they did not comply with their policies of weight and volume, it is unpleasant that they have such incompetent staff apart from the 4 hours that they made me lose that day, and a while ago we had used their services without setbacks, from a I would have been told that they could not and that's it, if they had told me from the beginning I'm going with aeromexico that at the end of the day if I could, What most struck me was that before leaving someone in the warehouse he gave me a sheet and told me to put it back because I did not agree with the prices, if I write it I would have agreed with them.
