Es muy buena empresa, al momento te dan todo tu equipo de protección personal, son muy dedicados a tu protección. Pero una vez entrando a tu área NO TIENEN A PERSONAL CALIFICADO PARA CAPACITARTE. No te capacitan te avientan al matadero. Solo piden experiencia en producción y tienen unos estándares diferente a otra empresa y ni así te capacitan Es lo único malo, que si no haces tu trabajo bien, TE CORREN, PERO NUNCA HUBO ALGUIEN PARA DECIRTE COMO HACER TU TRABAJO . DEBERÍA DE CAPACITAR A SU GENTE . THEY DO NOT HAVE QUALIFIED PERSONNEL TO TRAIN YOU, THEY DO NOT TRAIN YOU IN ANYTHING .... It is a very good company, at the moment they give you all your personal protective equipment, they are very dedicated to your protection. But once entering your area, THEY DO NOT HAVE QUALIFIED PERSONNEL TO TRAIN YOU. They don't train you, they throw you to the slaughterhouse.
