★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos los de ahi son groseros y despotas hasta los guardias.
La de RH Monserrat es muy despota y aparte te hacen entrevista por zoom disque si quedas para tal vacante y te dejan sin al menos decir que no aplicaste son MUY MAL PROFESIONALES.
A una de las capacitadoras le falta lenguaje profesional al impartir la capacitacion.
Y aparte que dan mal la informacion de horarios y sueldos te cambian TODO.
No vallan ahi, pueden encontrar mejor trabajo de call center como Tecsa Contact Center. ?

RH Monserrat's is very despot and apart from that they interview you by zoom dial, if you stay for such a vacancy and they leave you without at least saying that you didn't apply, they are VERY BAD PROFESSIONALS.
One of the trainers lacks professional language when delivering the training.
And apart from that they give wrong information about schedules and salaries, they change EVERYTHING.
Don't go there, you can find a better call center job like Tecsa Contact Center. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre tienen problemas con los bancos el lugar parecía bien para trabajar pero como en todas partes tienen su preferencias y tienen campañas nuevas para trabajar,pero si no funcionan te mandan a otras ,y se tardan hasta un mes en darte tu tarjeta ,no recomiendo trabajar aquí en MDY busquen otra opción
They always have problems with banks, the place seemed good to work but as everywhere they have their preferences and they have new campaigns to work, but if they don't work they send you to others, and it takes up to a month to give you your card, I don't recommend working here in MDY look for another option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabaje ahi al rededor de 8 meses y no me lleve una buena experiencia, estuve para la campaña de Tecmilenio, tuve problemas con el sueldo, en algunas ocasiones estuve enferma y no pude asistir, aunque entregue comprobante medicos se pusieron muy estrictos y me hicieron firmar una carta compromiso haciendome sentir como si fuera una persona mentirosa, son muy poco comprensibles, no les recomiendo ese call center hay mejores opciones, en MDY exigen mucho y dan muy poco
I worked there for around 8 months and I did not have a good experience, I was for the Tecmilenio campaign, I had problems with my salary, on some occasions I was sick and I could not attend, although I gave proof, doctors were very strict and made me sign A letter of commitment making me feel as if I were a liar, they are very little understandable, I do not recommend that call center there are better options, in MDY they demand a lot and give very little

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entre a trabajar ahí por que tiempo atrás lo había intentándo tenia buenas expectativas del lugar pero apenas entre cumplí con todo lo que me ordenaron y en teoría iba bien pero empezaron con sus fallas en ventas no tienen comisiones, la hora de comida la dan cuando les da la gana ni hablar de los problemas en los equipos de computo ese tiempo perdido por mismo dilema de la empresa no te lo pagan,te ofrecen una vacante y capacitación por un puesto que no respetan y te cambian a otro totalmente distinto y cuando te cambian ni te capacitan y son muy groseros y cortantes, me decepciono totalmente la empresa y ni hablar de algunos encargados que manejan el rank buscan cualquier excusa para rebajar sueldo, lo único bueno es el ambiente con los chicos que en su mayoría son jovenes y algunos adultos que son amables pero de ahí en fuera no lo recomiendo para quedarse a trabajar mas que un corto periodo
I went to work there because I had been trying for a long time, I had good expectations of the place but as soon as I did everything I was ordered and in theory it was going well but they started with their sales failures they don't have commissions, they give lunch when they I don't even want to talk about the problems in the computer equipment that time lost due to the same dilemma of the company they don't pay you, they offer you a vacancy and training for a position that they don't respect and they change you to a totally different one and when they change you they don't even train you and they are very rude and sharp, I am totally disappointed in the company and not to mention some managers who manage the rank look for any excuse to lower salary, the only good thing is the atmosphere with the boys who are mostly young and some adults that they are friendly but from then on I do not recommend it to stay to work for more than a short period
