★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, jinetean el dinero de las novias, dizque piden los vestidos a Barcelona y no es cierto, ya que "llega", no es lo se pidió, además tratan pésimo a las clientas. Definitivamente, no lo recomiendo.
Terrible customer service, they ride the brides' money, they say they ask for the dresses to Barcelona and it is not true, since it "arrives", it is not what was requested, they also treat the clients lousy. I definitely don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó, tienen asesoras muy atentas y los vestidos están muy padres! ;) , No le doy 5 estrellas x q no manejan a meses sin intereses, pero todo lo demás está súper.
I liked it, they have very attentive advisers and the dresses are very cool! ;), I don't give it 5 stars because they don't handle months without interest, but everything else is super.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnífico servicio, magníficos Vestidos como ningunos otros, o tienen comparación con nadie en insurgentes ni en Polanco, en ningún otro lugar encuentras lo qué hay ahí!!! Súper recomendable!! Sin duda el mejor lugar para comprar todo el ajuar único y en colores maravillosos y todo original y a un súper precio! Tienen que ir antes que a ningún otro lugar. Pregunta por las promociones y los descuentos y las formas de pago. Siempre te sorprenden con algo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! No les recomiendo comprar en Me Bride! Hacen que las novias pasemos un muy mal rato y nos complican toda la planeación de nuestro gran día. Compré mi vestido con ellos y tuve una pésima experiencia, lo pedí con tiempo suficiente, les pedí me avisaran cuando el vestido llegará a México para verlo antes de iniciar con mis pruebas y cuando lo vi NO ERA EL VESTIDO QUE YO PEDÍ, básicamente me dijeron tres cosas:
-Nosotros pedimos el código "X" y nos mandaron el código "Y" = MALA LOGÍSTICA
-No hay existencia del modelo que pediste = TE VENDEN COSAS QUE NO TIENEN
-Por los tiempos no podemos ofrecerte traer el vestido correcto, ni traerte otro vestido = PÉSIMO SERVICIO
Así que ahora empezaré de cero a buscar un nuevo vestido y por los tiempos me saldrá mucho más caro.
Espero que les sirva esta experiencia para elegir una mejor opción.
Terrible service! I do not recommend buying from Me Bride! They make brides have a very hard time and complicate all the planning of our big day. I bought my dress with them and I had a terrible experience, I asked for it with enough time, I asked them to let me know when the dress will arrive in Mexico to see it before starting my tests and when I saw it, IT WAS NOT THE DRESS THAT I ORDERED, basically they told me three things:
-We asked for the code "X" and they sent us the code "Y" = BAD LOGISTICS
-There is no existence of the model you requested = THEY SELL YOU THINGS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE
-For the times we cannot offer to bring you the correct dress, or bring you another dress = BAD SERVICE
So now I will start from scratch to look for a new dress and for the times it will be much more expensive.
I hope this experience helps you to choose a better option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de Liliana y otra chica que está ahí es perfecta, el vestido me encantó y el precio también me encantó, no le doy 5 estrellas porque la modista tiene una actitud y una manera de contestar pésima así mismo el trato, parece que está ahí a fuerza es una lástima porque en serio los vestidos están muy bonitos y las chicas te tratan muy bien y te dan consejos sobre como se podría ver mejor el vestido.
