Los entrenadores realmente se preocupan por enseñarte a hacer bien cada ejercicio y las clases se adaptan desde principiantes hasta avanzados. La comunidad increíble, se siente equipo, todos nos apoyamos y motivamos entre todos para seguir avanzando. Hay zona de box, muchas barras, pesas y variedad de equipos. Muchos horarios y variedad de coaches. Lo recomiendo completamente!
Excellent place, everything super clean and well maintained. The trainers really care about teaching you how to do each exercise well and the classes are tailored from beginner to advanced. The incredible community feels like a team, we all support and motivate each other to keep moving forward. There is a box area, many bars, weights and a variety of equipment. Many schedules and variety of coaches. I totally recommend it!
