★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunes 29 de marzo 2021, lleve 3 ventiladores que no funcionaban y expresé mi nivel de urgencia para cotización y posteriormente autorizar el presupuesto. Se comprometieron a darme respuesta a más tardar el miércoles 31 de abril 2021 (2 días después). Una vez llegado el miércoles no hubo respuesta de parte negocio por lo que tuve que contactarlos. Pasó el miércoles, jueves, viernes, sábado y llegamos al lunes de la siguiente semana; durante todos estos días la respuesta de parte del negocio siempre fueron pretextos y que requerían más tiempo. La última fecha compromiso de parte del negocio para darme una simple cotización fue para el lunes 05 de abril 2021 a las 04:00 pm (eso significa 1 semana después). Y una vez cumplido el horario pactado (que evidentemente no cumplieron) decidí ir a recoger mis productos. No fue sorpresa que al llegar al lugar viera a todo el equipo de trabajo sentado, platicando y sin mover un dedo. CONCLUSIÓN: PÉSIMO NIVEL DE RESPONSABILIDAD, COMPROMISO Y PROFESIONALISMO. MAL SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN TELEFÓNICA Y MENSAJERÍA (ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE).
Monday March 29, 2021, I took 3 fans that did not work and I expressed my level of urgency for a quote and later authorize the budget. They promised to give me an answer no later than Wednesday, April 31, 2021 (2 days later). Once Wednesday arrived there was no response from the business so I had to contact them. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday passed and we reached Monday of the following week; During all these days the response from the business was always pretexts and required more time. The last commitment date from the business to give me a simple quote was for Monday, April 5, 2021 at 04:00 pm (that means 1 week later). And once the agreed schedule was fulfilled (which they obviously did not comply with) I decided to go and collect my products. It was no surprise that when he arrived at the place he saw the entire work team sitting down, talking and without lifting a finger. CONCLUSION: AWFUL LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY, COMMITMENT AND PROFESSIONALISM. POOR TELEPHONE AND MESSAGING SERVICE (CUSTOMER SERVICE).
