Para “cotizar” se tardaron más de 2 semanas con el pretexto de que no había refacciones, cuando cotizaron el precio súper caro como si fueran Agencia. Entonces fui a recoger el carro porque se me salía del presupuesto lógicamente y resulta que ya habían pedido las refacciones SIN MI AUTORIZACIÓN y para entregarme mi carro debía de pagar además de su mano de obra por diagnosticar quería que les pagara las refacciones que según ya habían encargado y llegarían al otro día.
Muy mala experiencia la verdad. Busque otra opción con mecánicos serios y responsable.
Very bad experience.
To "quote" it took more than 2 weeks on the pretext that there were no spare parts, when they quoted the super expensive price as if they were an Agency. So I went to pick up the car because it was logically out of budget and it turns out that they had already ordered the parts WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION and to deliver my car I had to pay in addition to their labor to diagnose, I wanted me to pay for the parts that according to they had already manager and they would arrive the next day.
Very bad experience really. Look for another option with serious and responsible mechanics.
