★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención al cliente excelente. Entregan tu automóvil en tiempo y forma. Aceptan tarjeta de débito y crédito, y si cuentas con tecnología NFC puedes pagar con tu celular. Al final te entregan un reporte completo con fotos y evidencia del estado actual de tu carro, para poder repararlo antes de que tengas algún accidente o te deje tirado en carretera.
Excellent customer service They deliver your car in a timely manner. They accept debit and credit card, and if you have NFC technology you can pay with your cell phone. At the end they give you a complete report with photos and evidence of the current state of your car, to be able to repair it before you have an accident or leave you lying on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena en general, pero no me convence como dejan mi auto. Lo he tenido que llevar por que aceptan tarjeta de crédito, y eso es ventaja para mí. El servicio no es personalizado, les dices que le revisen ciertos detalles al auto adicionales a tu falla, y muchas veces se les pasa. Cuando no queda bien, de repente ni ellos mismo saben por qué. en fin, te sacan de un apuro, pero solo eso.
The attention is good in general, but I am not convinced how they leave my car. I have had to carry it because they accept a credit card, and that is an advantage for me. The service is not personalized, you tell them to check certain details of the car in addition to your failure, and many times it happens to them. When it doesn't work out, they suddenly don't even know why. Anyway, they get you out of trouble, but only that.
