Terrible service !, Very expensive, they take advantage of the situation, to provide the service they ask you to deposit 50% of the service payment, which only includes an advisor to attend the place where you were stranded and diagnose the breakdown of your car . Without solving, or starting, or anything, just diagnosis. Then they offer you the towing service (which you only have to accept due to the urgency of your situation and you are stranded), which are very expensive services. Too bad, to a server for canceling the towing service, they threatened me on WhatsApp that they would take my unit, etc., And a series of threats for having canceled the towing service. (I have evidence of this). Appalling!. I do not recommend it.

The first time I contracted this service, it was late and there were no workshops open, it was the only option available and I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Very professional and honest. I definitely recommend it.

That day my car broke down in the evening and I had to work the next day at 5 am. Therefore, I requested the service, everything was fine at first, but they made me transfer 300 in advance to be able to give me the service, because of the time it was the person assigned to me, he explained to me that he could no longer get the spare part because it was already a little late, but he told me that he would solve the problem first thing in the morning, the morning came and I never knew anything, I proceeded to look for my own spare part and took my car to a workshop, at approximately 2 in the afternoon they were delivering it to me when these people told me that if I still wanted the service because I told them I would call them, obviously, I paid in advance for a service that was never given to me and if I paid for it it is because I needed it, in the end, the guy told me that it was my fault because I should have contacted him and not him with me when he told me that he would look for me in the morning to be able to solve my problem as quickly as possible. Do not occupy this emergency service save the advance that will serve you for the spare parts.

They assisted me at night (approx. 9pm), they sent a mechanical engineer who evaluated the situation. The fault could not be repaired on site and the car was taken to a workshop with a tow truck. The treatment was always very cordial and expeditious. I recommend the service without a doubt.
