Les afecta que les escriba lo mal que manejan las cosas?
A mi también me afecta que llevo un mes y medio esperando mi pedido, y que en ese tiempo no hayan podido decirme que están faltos de stock, también me afecta que me manden mensajes (después de que les escribo por aquí ) diciendo que si hay, que ya está empacado, que no hay artículos, que no hay devolución ni cambios, que mi pedido número tal (equivocado) está completado de manera parcial? Qué es eso? se completa o no ! No hay parcialidades en algo completo !!
Ahora resulta que no quieren devolverme el dinero que les pagué por artículos que ustedes ponen como disponibles ! NO QUIERO OTRO ARTÍCULO! Quiero lo que compré o mi dinero de vuelta, no lo estoy pidiendo por capricho! Ustedes no tienen la capacidad de manejar una situación cómo ésta me queda claro, no dan atención, borran los mensajes y quieren aplicar sus políticas de envío …
