★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio muy deficiente, ya que no son comprometidos con lo que prometen. En lo personal me tardaron 4 meses y mi auto no quedo como lo prometieron, ademas me cambiaron la llanta de refacción, des configuraron el control de cierre centralizado, aparte ofrecieron garantía la cual nunca me entregaron. Con respecto a la atención, tenia que hacer un promedio de 30 llamadas al día para que me respondieran en tres ocaciones me dijeron que el carro ya estaba listo y llegando al taller no estaban los encargados y los trabajadores me decían que el carro aun no me lo podían entregar y finalmente me pidieron 6 mil pesos mas por unas piezas que según le cambiaron, las cuales no he pagado por que no quede conforme con el trabajo y la atención por parte del señor Alfredo y el señor Javier.
Desde mi punto de vista no es recomendable ni el servicio ni la atención que ofrecen ya que no cumplen con lo que prometen en este taller.

Regarding attention, I had to make an average of 30 calls a day so that they answered me on three occasions they told me that the car was already ready and when I arrived at the workshop the managers were not there and the workers told me that the car still had not They could deliver it and finally they asked me 6 thousand pesos more for some pieces that according to they changed, which I have not paid so that I am not satisfied with the work and attention by Mr. Alfredo and Mr. Javier.
From my point of view, neither the service nor the attention they offer is recommended, since they do not fulfill what they promise in this workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un servicio deficiente el Sr. Alfredo Cabrera es estafador te cuenta historias de que ha realizado trabajos espectaculares te pide anticipo y tardan meses para que inicien tu trabajo que por que no le llegan las refacciones, que por que han tenido mucho trabajo que por que el señor no les deja instrucciones a sus trabajadores y así se la pasan poniendo mil pretextos y al final te dicen ya esta llegas y pruebas el carro y esta peor que como lo dejaste y te dicen déjemelo para revisarlo y te comienzan a faltar piezas y terminas perdiendo tu tiempo tu dinero y tus bienes terminan perdiendo valor por que no saben trabajar las cajas dsg ni las mecatronicas como te lo mencionan que son especialistas según ellos. solo son charlatanes y ladrones. a mi me robaron 35000 pesos y terminaron dejando mi auto inservible.

They robbed me 35,000 pesos and ended up leaving my car unusable.
