V	Victoria Ruiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui al taller con mi aseguradora por un choque... por donde empezar... el golpe fue del lado del piloto... primero colocaron mal la ventana de la puerta por lo que lo tuve que llevar una segunda vez donde me dijeron que no vieron nada extraño, la tercera vez fui con video y pruebas y ahí fue que lo arreglaron, cuarta vez porque olvidaron conectar la cerradura por lo que estaba aislada y no abría la puerta, se me desconfiguró el control y tuve que sacar el carro EN GRUA (ahí fue que me di cuenta de la cerradura). Quinta vez para conectar la cerradura dañaron parte interna de la puerta es decir la tapicería valorada en más de 5 mil pesos, una barbaridad. Al quejarme ni el gerente ni el jefe de taller fueron a atendernos, solo la secretaria que nos indicó que dejáramos el carro de nuevo o volviéramos al día siguiente a dejarlo porque ya estaban apunto de cerrar y eso lo entiendo pero estamos hablando de una inconformidad de tu cliente y debes darle prioridad y buen trato! Y tanto el gerente como el jefe de taller se encontraban allí o sea podían solucionarlo o por lo menos hablarnos personalmente para demostrar que le interesa su clientela. Vi varios rayones nuevos que le hicieron al carro que no tenia pero alegaron que no se podía demostrar que no los traía antes. Obviamente ya no lo lleve allí sino a otro taller donde me comentaron del mal trabajo al tratar el golpe ya que no lo sacaron ni enderezaron sino que colocaron pasta para rellenarlo y luego pintaron. No los recomiendo para nada. Trabajan rápido pero ya veo por qué. A parte el trabajo de pintura estaba mal hecho, se veía con rayas a la luz y si no sabes tanto de pintura puede pasar desapercibido. La verdad no los recomiendo NADA. Fifth time to connect the lock, they damaged the internal part of the door, that is, the upholstery valued at more than 5,000 pesos, an outrage. When I complained, neither the manager nor the workshop manager came to attend to us, only the secretary who told us to leave the car again or come back the next day to leave it because they were about to close and I understand that but we are talking about a disagreement with your client and you must give priority and good treatment! And both the manager and the workshop manager were there so they could solve it or at least speak to us personally to show that they are interested in their customers. I saw several new scratches that were made to the car that I did not have but they claimed that it could not be shown that it did not bring them before. Obviously I did not take it there but to another workshop where they told me about the bad work when treating the blow since they did not remove it or straighten it but they put paste to fill it and then they painted. I do not recommend them at all. They work fast but I see why. Besides, the paint job was poorly done, it looked streaked in the light and if you don't know much about paint it can go unnoticed. The truth is I do not recommend ANYTHING.

Y para entregarlo te hacen esperar mucho tiempo aun cuando les avisas que ya iras por el. Pésimo servicio. I do not recommend this place, do not choose this workshop, mechanically it will not solve the problem, it took 10 days to say that they would send it to another workshop and they did not mention the problem to the other workshop. And to deliver it they make you wait a long time even when you tell them that you will go for it. Terrible service.

Les pedí que me estuvieran notificando el estatus de mi vehículo y nunca me dieron información precisa, ni me hablaron de vuelta nunca. Jamás volveré a recurrir a este taller y les recomiendo no lo hagan ustedes tampoco. They do not meet delivery time. They took twice the stipulated time to fix my vehicle. I do not recommend it. I asked them to notify me of the status of my vehicle and they never gave me accurate information, nor did they ever speak to me back. I will never use this workshop again and I recommend that you do not do it either.
