Pero la atención desde el Principio de de calidad, por parte de todo el equipo de trabajo, además me dieron la oportunidad de conocer el interior de sus instalaciones, brindándome Confianza. El Resultado de Mi Reparación POLO 2015 Fue le Calidad de Agencia. Lo Recomiendo por si Alguien Tiene Dudas al Respecto.
I chose the workshop by part of the GNP insurance with doubts.
But the attention from the Principle of quality, on the part of the entire work team, also gave me the opportunity to know the interior of their facilities, giving me Confidence. The Result of My 2015 POLO Repair Was Agency Quality. I recommend it in case someone has doubts about it.

Si por algún percance vial llegan a ocupar el servicio de taller de su aseguradora y les aparece esta opción, duden muchísimo pará escoger este lugar o mejor no lo hagan .

If due to some road mishap you come to occupy the workshop service of your insurer and this option appears, hesitate a lot to choose this place or better not do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplemente excelente servicio Mi auto entro con orden de reparacion de Seguro por siniestro y me recibieron el auto muy bien y sin distinciones...les pedi una cotizacion particular para reparar mas detalles que ya tenia mi auto en otras piezas aprovechando la igualada de pintura y me doy cuenta que fue la mejor decision aceptar su cotizacion y haber acudido a este taller
Excelente la atencion recibida, cumplieron con el tiempo prometido de entrega, el trabajo entregado es de calidad agencia, y como plus entregaron limpio mi auto por dentro, por fuera y hasta del motor!...no siendo suficiente como cortesia me escanearon el motor para ofrecerme sus servicios de taller mecanico general y definitivo regresare para el proximo servicio del auto ya que cuentan con todo lo necesario en un solo lugar
Son un gran taller y mejor equipo de trabajo felicidades ??

The attention received was excellent, they met the promised delivery time, the work delivered is agency quality, and as a plus they delivered my car clean inside, outside and even the engine! ... not being enough as a courtesy, they scanned my engine. To offer me their general and definitive mechanical workshop services, I will return for the next car service since they have everything you need in one place
They are a great workshop and a better work team, congratulations ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pintaron el auto de un tono completamente distinto, lo entregan sucio y te hacen esperar una eternidad aún y cuando ellos hacen incapie en formalizar un día y horario de entrega. Pides soluciones y no saben dar respuestas convincentes, definitivamente no consideren este taller a menos que quieran dañar su auto.
Terrible service, they painted the car in a completely different tone, they deliver it dirty and make you wait forever even when they insist on formalizing a delivery day and time. You ask for solutions and they do not know how to give convincing answers, definitely do not consider this workshop unless you want to damage your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabajos fatales y terribles resultados para nada recomendados si tienen otra opción cuál quiera ceria mejor . Solo pintaron la mitad de la defensa la cual cual según ellos la mandaron a enderezar , si pero con pura pasta
Fatal jobs and terrible results for nothing recommended if you have another option which one wants better ceria. They only painted half of the defense, which according to them they sent to straighten, yes but with pure paste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No trabajaban bien, cuando me llamaron para recoger mi carro fui y le encontré el cofre descuadrado, yo que se no queda al 100% cuadrado por el golpe pero tenía de separación entre el cofre y el faro casi una pulgada de separación, cambiaron facia, faro salpicadera de mi carro y todo mal, al faro le hicieron otro orificio para poder fijarlo, ( el faro fue nuevo) después de 5 meses que recogí mi carro me encuentro con esto hoy que lo estaba lavando, y m comentan que Inbursa solo da 3 meses de garantía, ahora tengo que pagar por qué me pinten la facia y perder el carro mínimo 4 días por el trabajo mal realizado del pintor de ese taller.
They did not work well, when they called me to pick up my car I went and found the hood out of square, I was not 100% square because of the blow but there was a separation between the hood and the headlight of almost an inch, they changed the facia, headlight of my car and everything wrong, they made another hole in the headlight to fix it, (the headlight was new) after 5 months that I picked up my car I find this today when I was washing it, and they tell me that Inbursa only gives 3 months warranty, now I have to pay to have my facia painted and lose the car for at least 4 days due to the poorly done work of the painter from that workshop.
