“Especialistas y SVS, ostentándose como competidores entre sí, establecieron, concertaron o coordinaron las posturas o la abstención en las propuestas técnicas y económicas”, se lee en la versión pública de la resolución emitida por el organismo el 7 de diciembre del año pasado en poder de El Financiero.
La Cofece multó por 7 millones 255 mil pesos a todos los involucrados en la trama -Especialistas en Medios, SVS, Delfos y a la persona física Emilio Otero, que opera la empresa Antena Informativa- por coludirse en procedimientos de contratación de servicios de monitoreo de medios, en perjuicio de organismos gubernamentales.
Specialists in Media, a company dedicated to monitoring, pretended to compete on at least seven occasions between 2012 and 2016 in public tenders with the firm SVS Internacional de México, despite the fact that both are part of Grupo Especialistas, Cofece concluded after an investigation.
"Specialists and SVS, showing themselves as competitors among themselves, established, agreed or coordinated the positions or abstention in the technical and economic proposals," reads the public version of the resolution issued by the agency on December 7 of last year in power of El Financiero.
The Cofece fined by all 7 million 255 thousand pesos to all involved in the plot -Specialists in Media, SVS, Delphi and the natural person Emilio Otero, who operates the company Antena Informativa- for colluding in contracting procedures for media monitoring services , to the detriment of government agencies.
