★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una porqueria de servicio solo tienen convenio con una sola red de farmacias y de esas solo las puedes cambiar en 2 sucursales y muchas de las veces tienen problemas y no puedes surtir las medicinas, la verdad no sirve y tan caras sus pólizas.
It is a crap service they only have an agreement with a single network of pharmacies and of those you can only change them in 2 branches and many of the times they have problems and you cannot supply the medicines, the truth is not useful and their policies are so expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención al cliente pésima, sólo quieren vender membresías y después se olvidan de ti. Tienen muy alta rotación de personal en el área de ventas y call center. No compren con Mediaccess y eviten problemas.
Terrible customer service, they just want to sell memberships and then they forget about you. They have very high staff turnover in the sales and call center area. Don't buy with Mediaccess and avoid problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca devuelven las llamadas cuando acudo a Cobranzas, no envían las pólizas a tiempo, hay desabasto en la farmacia. En general, el personal administrativo está mal capacitado.
They never return calls when I go to Cobranzas, they don't send policies on time, there is a shortage at the pharmacy. In general, administrative staff is poorly trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que dan es muy malo. Solo Para pedir autorizaciones se tardan mucho tiempo, los médicos se quejan de que el proceso para que les den la papelería es lento y también se quejan que la gente del call center no está preparada.
The service they give is very bad. Just asking for authorizations takes a long time, doctors complain that the process to get them the stationery is slow and they also complain that the people at the call center are not prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero estrellas. Lo único que les interesa es realizar estudios para vender más sin importar la salud de los pacientes. Jamás se hagan un estudio en ese lugar porque no les darán los originales. En la clínica Palmas, cuando pido mis estudios originales que ellos resguardan y que yo pagué, se niegan rotundamente a dármelos, siendo información sensible y personal. Esto a raíz de que necesito el historial para tratarme con otro médico ya que en ese lugar recibí un trato poco ético por parte de una doctora. No dan una razón lógica para no darme los estudios originales, me dan una copia en blanco y negro sólo de los últimos y nada del histórico. El gerente miedoso (por no decir otra cosa) jamás da la cara y manda a la representante de Atención a clientes como emisaria a decirme que no me darán los originales.
Esto me hace pensar que están ocultando posibles malas prácticas que no quieren que se sepan. Por favor no vayan a ese lugar.
Zero stars. The only thing they are interested in is conducting studies to sell more regardless of the health of the patients. Never do a study in that place because they will not give you the originals. At the Palmas Clinic, when I ask for my original studies that they protect and that I paid for, they flatly refuse to give them to me, being sensitive and personal information. This is because I need the history to treat myself with another doctor since in that place I received unethical treatment from a doctor. They do not give a logical reason not to give me the original studies, they give me a black and white copy only of the latest and nothing of the historical. The fearful manager (to say the least) never shows his face and sends the Customer Service representative as an emissary to tell me that they will not give me the originals.
This makes me think that they are hiding possible bad practices that they do not want to be known. Please don't go to that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención médica es bastante buena, sin embargo la administración, el call center para agenda citas y la farmacia son ahora peores que nunca. No contestan, ni siquiera en la clínica y la farmacia ya no tiene más que lo elemental y no lo que los médicos nos prescriben. No envían las pólizas ni las credenciales a tiempo (tiene uno que estar llamando y nunca contestan!).
Era un excelente producto. Ahora ya no lo es. Y francamente, tampoco es ninguna ganga.
The medical attention is quite good, however the administration, the call center for appointments and the pharmacy are now worse than ever. They do not answer, not even in the clinic and the pharmacy has nothing but the elementary and not what the doctors prescribe. They don't send policies or credentials on time (you have one to be calling and they never answer!).
It was an excellent product. Now it is not. And frankly, it's not a bargain either.
