El servicio es malo, carente y caro si es una urgencia.... no dan información clara sobre los precios de la consulta... Me atendieron dos recepcionistas hombres y creo me robaron pues con la urgencia y lo que te importa la salud, abusaron de la circunstancia y cobraronnnnnn mucho dinero.... Después pedí mi factura y no quisieron dármela

Fui con hermano por infección estomacal, son ningún síntoma de enfermedad respiratoria salvó la fiebre por la infecciom estomacal y la recepcionista subiero 300 pesos al precio normal argumentando que tenía sintomas de vías respiratorias además de cobrar primero antes de revisarlo y con actitud pesima, no se vale que abusen en la pandemia cuando uno no si quiera tiene síntomas de eso, es un robo.

Cuando estaba el dueño/director era una clínica buena. Después de su lamentable fallecimiento, la clínica ha decaído mucho. Tuvo por años un letrero que decía que el servicio era 24 hrs (razón por la que seguíamos yendo ahí); y por mucho tiempo nos sacó de apuros ante emergencias. Confiados en esa experiencia, fuimos a una urgencia hoy, y nos dejaron afuera media hora. Vimos que sus horarios cambiaron hasta que nos metimos a buscar otra clínica en el Maps (afortunadamente encontramos una cerca). Pongan un letrero con sus nuevos horarios. Si lo hubiéramos visto, inmediatamente hubieramos buscado otra opción.

Pesima atención, llegue con un dolor muy fuerte y no te atienden luego, el medico que me atendio, me dijo que en 5 min se me quitaba el dolor y no se mequito, me mado de regreso a reposar 3 dias hasta que se quitara el dolor, estuve en cama 2 dias con el dolor intenso y nunca se me quito con las imyecciones muy caras que me recomendo, fui a otro medico me dijo que el tratamiento era in adecuado y me dio otro tratamiento, la recepcionista no es amable le pedi un ticket para pasarlo a mi empresa y me dijo que no tenia tiempo y que si queria me esperara 1/2 hora mas y yo con el dolor insoportable la verdad no pude esperar. " No lo recomiendo" a demas tienen preferencia a gente que no halla sacado ni cita medica ni nada y los pasan primero, es una pena es clínica

La atención es malísima aparte de que llevo más de 15 días pidiendo mi factura y no te dan una respuesta, las recepcionistas les da igual perder un cliente ya que mejor cancele mi próxima consulta por que si para enviar una factura no pueden no me arriesgo a otra cosa , es una pena que los dueños no sepan el tipo de gente que trabaja ahi
