Pésimo servicio
Lack of organization, they do not respect appointment times or office hours, they do not answer the phone.

So they make appointments, if they take a long time to pass, I always arrive on time and it's useless :( it goes from bad to worse ...

las dras todas greñudas parece el imss
llegas a tu cita puntual y te pasan en 1.30 para que hace cita si ni te la van a respetar parece el imss pésimo servicio

you arrive at your punctual appointment and they pass you at 1.30 so you can make an appointment if you will not even be respected it seems the imss terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo ya 1 año y medio tratando en esta clinica y nunca habia tenido problema fue hasta ahora que me cambiaron a mi Doc. Por otra persona que mas me tardo en ir a mi cita que lo que me atiende solo me hace cambio de ligas y ya no veo un resultado en mi tratamiento :(
I have been treating in this clinic for 1 and a half years and I had never had a problem, it was until now that they changed my Doc. For another person who took me longer to go to my appointment than what treats me only makes me change leagues and now I don't see a result in my treatment :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una clínica muy incomprensible, manejan citas muy prolongadas y que se ajusten solo a horarios de ELLOS, a menos que seas una persona SIN responsabilidades te tendrán "consideración", si pueden buscar otra opción es mejor.
A very incomprehensible clinic, they handle very long appointments and that only adjust to THEIR schedules, unless you are a person WITHOUT responsibilities they will have you "consideration", if they can look for another option it is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las actuales secretarias en Torreón siempre tienen una actitud pésima. Son soberbias & para resolver tus dudas o agendar se enojan. Siempre están molestas e incluso no responden ni el -buen día.
The current secretaries in Torreón always have a terrible attitude. They are superb & to solve your doubts or schedule they get angry. They are always upset and don't even respond on -good morning.
