â â â â â PĂ©simo servicio por parte de la recepciĂłnista, nunca contestan el celular y estĂĄn en linea en wats, quise hacer cambio de horario para mi cita programada tuve que mandar wats porque no respondĂan las llamadas que hice y me contestaron despues de 3 dĂas, luego la chica mal contesta las llamadas.
Terrible service by the receptionist, they never answer the cell phone and they are online in wats, I wanted to make a change of schedule for my scheduled appointment I had to send wats because they did not answer the calls I made and they answered me after 3 days, then the girl poorly answers calls.

â â â â â RecomendĂ© a mi suegra a ir a esta clĂnica para unas varillas para los dientes de enfrente y pago por adelantado tardaron mĂĄs de 1 mes en entregar el trabajo el cual estĂĄ muy mal hecho y lo intento localizar y el doctor no se aparece ahora requiero que le devuelvan su dinero 8000 mil pesos y le quiten el pĂ©simo trabajo que le hicieron.
Hablo de la sucursal de playa del carmen.

â â â â â Que lastima que hayan cambiado. Me lleves una muy mala experiencia en mi Ășltima cita. No se si cambiaron de administraciĂłn pero ya no estĂĄn las recepcionistas que te atendĂan de maravilla ni el Odontologo que me atendiĂł varias veces. Un mi Ășltima cita tardaron en confirmarme, lleguĂ© 15 minutos antes de mi cita, me hicieron esperar 35 minutos para terminar diciendo que no me podĂan atender. Lo que me enoja es que perdĂ tiempo y dinero ya que hice un viaje de Tulum a Playa del Carmen para que finalmente no me pudieran atender. Espero y en vez de empeorar mejorarĂĄn

â â â â â Yo llevo 8 meses llendo a la clĂnica, y hasta ahora todo bien con mi doctor y las chicas de recepciĂłn , cuando quiero cambiar de fecha de cita solo marco y me dan opciones.
