★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité un prueba de antígenos a domicilio y me atendieron muy rápido por whatsapp, pero a la hora de pedir la factura (para solicitar mi reembolso urgente por parte de la empresa donde trabajo), tardaron MUCHO. Toda una semana para pedir la factura.
La señorita Sandra González que está en el área de atención al cliente, le solicité el correo del área de contabilidad porque yo tenía dudas sobre la facturación, así que me lo proporcionó, sin embargo ella me siguió apoyando preguntándole a la otra área sobre mis dudas.
Pasó 1 día y le pregunté si ya tenía noticias sobre de mi factura, y me comentó lo siguiente: "aún no, no las hace llegar el área correspondiente, en cuanto la tenemos se la enviamos al correo". Al otro día le volví a preguntar y me dijo "lo checo", pasaron las horas de ese mismo día y no tenía respuesta por parte de ella, así que le volví a preguntar y me contestó que ella ya había pasado el dato y que "el área correspondiente me la iba a mandar". Primero me dice que ella me la manda y después que me la manda la otra área. Entiendo que no es su tema, pero tiene la RESPONSABILIDAD de dar una atención al cliente de calidad, yo nunca fuí grosera ni nada, al contrario, hasta le pedí el número del área de contabilidad para ya no molestarla, pero tampoco me quiso pasar el número. Al 5to día le volví a preguntar e insistió que ya me la habían mandado, le dije que no muchas veces y ella con que si. Así que le pedí pruebas para corroborar si ellos estaban en lo correcto, al poco rato me llegó la factura.
El servicio de la prueba fue muy rápido, pero por éstos temas administrativos no dan ganas de volver a contratar el servicio. A mi porque me urgía reembolsar ese gasto, pero es más factible ir a la Farmacia del Ahorro o de San Pablo, esperar un rato, te dan tu ticket y facturas rápido, y se evita uno todo este rollo y desgaste.
Capaciten a su personal para dar una mejor atención al cliente

First she tells me that she sends it to me and then that the other area sends it to me. I understand that it is not your subject, but you have the RESPONSIBILITY to provide quality customer service, I was never rude or anything, on the contrary, I even asked for the number of the accounting area so as not to bother you, but you did not want to pass me the number. On the 5th day I asked her again and she insisted that they had already sent it to me, I told her no many times and she said yes. So I asked for proof to verify if they were correct, and shortly after I received the bill.
The test service was very fast, but due to these administrative issues they do not make you want to hire the service again. Because I needed to reimburse that expense, but it is more feasible to go to the Farmacia del Ahorro or San Pablo, wait a while, they give you your ticket and invoices quickly, and you avoid all this hassle and wear and tear.
