★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para el señor Iván Ortíz. ¡qué pena! Hoy (jueves 18 de junio) estuve en ese establecimiento y viví una experiencia diametralmente opuesta a la suya. La señora Rosita es atenta, amable y dispuesta. Cuando le pedí un bastón de cuatro patitas me dió una cátedra de ortopedia en dos minutos, que dedicó a explicarme la manera de llevarlo; lo ajustó a mi cuerpo... y salí de la tienda con mi bastón... satisfecho y convencido de volver (por tercera vez, porque hoy fue la segunda) y recomendar esa tienda por su surtido y por la buena atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malisimo lugar para comprar. Atención de la señora que atiende es despota, arrogante, grosera a los clientes. Se enoja la señora por preguntar precios, marca, no te enseña el producto, quiere que compres a ciegas por que dice que tiene 40 años vendiendo. Les recomiendo mejor vayan a comprar a InnoMed, Medi Lab, Lanceta HG, MedicalBuy Store, en estos lugares puedes ver el producto y muy buena atencion al cliente.
Terrible place to buy. Attention of the lady who attends is despotic, arrogant, rude to customers. The lady is angry for asking prices, brand, she does not show you the product, she wants you to buy blindly because she says she has been selling for 40 years. I recommend you better go buy from InnoMed, Medi Lab, Lanceta HG, MedicalBuy Store, in these places you can see the product and very good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora que atiende, tiene una forma bastante irónica de dirigirse a los potenciales clientes, por ende causa molestia y ahuyenta a la gente, no dudo que sea una honorable persona, pero cambiar su estrategia de venta y trato al publico les seria mas funcional.
The lady who attends, has a rather ironic way of addressing potential customers, therefore it causes annoyance and scares people away, I do not doubt that she is an honorable person, but changing her sales strategy and dealing with the public would be more functional for them.
