Adquirí allí hace una semana un aparato ortopédico (caminadora) para mi padre, por recomendación del fisioterapeuta, directamente del propietario de "Médica La Luna". Desafortunadamente, mi padre falleció pocos días después, antes de siquiera poder usar el aparato. Solicité una devolución, pero el propietario se rehusó a aceptarla. De nada valió que llevara la factura original y que el aparato estuviera nuevo, en su empaque original; a este comerciante sólo le interesa el dinero.
Las autoridades de Profeco se negaron a intervenir. Si se le van a permitir este tipo de prácticas deshonestas, de mala fe, carentes de toda empatía con el sufrimiento ajeno. entonces la cínica solución es no comprar más allí. Este negocio no merece la confianza del consumidor.

A week ago I acquired an orthopedic device (treadmill) for my father, on the recommendation of the physiotherapist, directly from the owner of "Médica La Luna". Unfortunately, my father passed away a few days later, before he could even use the device. I requested a refund, but the owner refused to accept it. It was useless to bring the original invoice and that the device was new, in its original packaging; This merchant is only interested in money.
Profeco's authorities refused to intervene. If you are going to allow this kind of dishonest practices, in bad faith, devoid of any empathy with the suffering of others. So the cynical solution is not to buy more there. This business does not deserve consumer confidence.
