My mom was a patient of Dr. Perla Patricia Torres Castro, with her, had an immunotherapy treatment that was supposed to be personalized because her own urine was used to do it. On October/21 he received the treatment and it was not until January/22 (when he was going to finish it and needed a new bottle) that we realized that another person's name was on the bottle. We immediately looked for the doctor to find out what had happened (we thought that perhaps they had just made a mistake in the label) and what were the contraindications that this could cause; she arranged to communicate later, which did not happen. After 3 days it was time to pick up the new bottle (she was not in the office) and annoyed I told the receptionist, who was on the phone, what had happened and that we were still looking for the doctor but she had not even taken the trouble to communicate; also, I asked him to send us the clinical history to consult with another doctor and he did not send it either. Unfortunately, this was not the first time that the woman was negligent and irresponsible, since she always arrives late and overlaps appointments, which leads to a 2x1 waiting "room" full of people (sometimes infected with covid because in the place they make tests) and that it smells bad. When entering the apartment, she does not wear a mask either, until she receives a patient. As if that weren't enough, if her phone rings in the middle of your date, she answers it even if it's not an emergency, I say that because I was there when someone called her and asked "what are you doing?" normal and she answered where she was, but not what she was doing, she got up and left the office to continue with the call in the middle of an important diagnosis that we do not fully understand, when the diagnosis came back it was always not as bad as had said before. And of course, he NEVER apologizes for anything. The receptionists are never at the front desk and they're always doing something else, which is also irresponsible because they're the ones handing out those vials of immunotherapy and they may not care what they're handing to whom. The worst doctor we have ever had, do not put your life in the hands of this irresponsible and negligent woman.
