★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente el servicio que brindan los médicos, sin embargo su personal de enfermería deja mucho que desear, está más ocupada en su celular que en el servicio y la atención hacia los pequeños.
The service provided by the doctors is excellent, however, the nursing staff leaves much to be desired, they are more busy on their cell phone than in the service and attention to the little ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien por los médicos que dan consultas ahí... mal por la enfermera que asiste y vacuna a los niños. Ojalá la cambien ; no sabe vacunar , se pone a discutir con sus compañeras y no sigue protocolos de medidas en tiempos de covid, usa incorrectamente el cubrebocas , se lo quita para respirar, se toca la cara todo el tiempo .. étc. En fin ....
Good for the doctors who give consultations there ... bad for the nurse who assists and vaccinates the children. I hope they change it; She does not know how to vaccinate, she starts arguing with her colleagues and does not follow measurement protocols in times of covid, she uses the mask incorrectly, she takes it off to breathe, she touches her face all the time ... etc. Anyway ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes instalaciones y trato, yo siempre asisto con la doctora Mariana Samira es una excelente doctora siempre muy acertada ? y atenta, super amable y cariñosa con los niños, me gusta mucho que no le receta antibiótico si no es necesario ñ, ha visto a mi hijo desde los 3 meses y hasta la fecha es su pediatra de cabecera, la recomiendo al 100%

Graciela Que fue la que me atendió me dió muy buena respuesta ante los que tenía mi nena y contesto todas mis dudas y una más. Iva con otro concepto de la clínica esperando encontrarme con malos trato pero que checaran a. Mi hija que la llevaba malita. Y la verdad nada que ver con los.comentarios. la verdad mi experiencia fue muy buena y el trato mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me ha tocado la mala experiencia con la enfermera, así que no puedo opinar sobre eso. Lo que sí puedo decir es que recomiendo totalmente acudir aquí por el Doctor Alí Velasco. Un excelente profesional que explica a detalle cada una de las dudas y no solo dice el "es normal" ya típico de otros pediatras que me he encontrado. El Dr. Alí se ganó nuestra confianza desde la primera consulta con nuestra primera hija y la sigue teniendo ahora con la segunda.
I have not touched the bad experience with the nurse, so I can not comment on that. What I can say is that I totally recommend going here for Doctor Ali Velasco. An excellent professional who explains in detail each of the doubts and not only says "it's normal" and typical of other pediatricians that I have met. Dr. Ali earned our trust from the first consultation with our first daughter and continues to do so now with the second.
