★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son muy buenas, limpias y con acceso a estacionamiento, la atención al cliente fue pésima, tanto al momento de agendar la cita vía telefónica como al estar en las instalaciones, adicional a esto y con los pacientes que ingresaban estos últimos sin contar con cita previa su trato fue muy déspota por parte de la persona que estaba en recepción, mencionando que se esperaran hasta que un paciente no se presentara a la hora de su cita, y solo así poderlos atender, es entendible que si no tienes cita no podrán atender ya que los sábados se encuentran hasta las 2 de la tarde, pero la manera en cómo manejo esta situación siendo clientes de la tercera edad, no se me hizo justo la atención hacia ellos.
The facilities are very good, clean and with access to parking, customer service was appalling, both when scheduling the appointment by phone and when being on the premises, in addition to this and with the patients who entered the latter without having previous appointment their treatment was very despotic on the part of the person who was in reception, mentioning that they waited until a patient did not show up at the time of their appointment, and only in this way to be able to attend them, it is understandable that if you do not have an appointment they will not be able to attend since Saturdays are until 2 in the afternoon, but the way I handle this situation as elderly customers, I did not do fair attention to them.
