★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empecé a seguir a la Dra. Gloria en IG y sus videos me convencieron de hacer cita con ella. Desde la atención para agendar la cita hasta que se finaliza esta, es muy buena, a mi me ayudaron con todas las dudas que tenía y en consulta también!!
Ahora llevo tratamiento y en las dudas que me surgen, le escribo y me contesta sin problema ✨
Ya había ido con otros gineco pero mi experiencia siempre era de incomodidad y precion de parte de lxs doctores, en el caso de Médica Riso en todo momento cuidaron que yo estuviera cómoda y hasta que yo dijera que estaba lista empezaban ? eso me pareció muy empatico de parte de ellos!
He leído que no respetan los horarios pero en mi experiencia (he ido unas 5 o 6 veces) siempre han sido puntuales. Yo siempre llego 15 o 20 min. antes así que han llegado a pasarme antes o a la hora que me tocaba, nunca después.

I had already been to other gynecologists but my experience was always one of discomfort and pressure from the doctors, in the case of Médica Riso they always made sure I was comfortable and until I said I was ready they started ? that seemed very empathetic to me from them!
I have read that they do not respect the schedules but in my experience (I have gone about 5 or 6 times) they have always been punctual. I always arrive 15 or 20 min. before so they have come to pass me before or at the time that it was my turn, never after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué a esta clínica luego de descubrir las redes sociales de la Dra. Gloria y pedí un checkup completo.
La atención fue muy amable desde la recepción, donde la Srita encargada en ese momento me explicó todo el procedimiento por el que iba a pasar, la salita de espera es pequeña pero cómoda y puedes tomar té o café.
Mi cita se realizó en el horario programado.
La Dra Joana Roa y la Dra. Sonia Minutti fueron super amables, agradables y me explicaron todo lo que hacían y veían a través de los estudios y revisiones que me hacían, además de que respondieron mis dudas.
Lo que también me gustó es que todas las imágenes, receta y detalles de mis estudios los puedo consultar desde su portal web .
Con gusto volveré dentro de algunos meses después de terminar con mi tratamiento :)
I came to this clinic after discovering Dr. Gloria's social networks and asked for a complete checkup.
The attention was very kind from the reception, where the lady in charge at that time explained to me the whole procedure that I was going to go through, the waiting room is small but comfortable and you can have tea or coffee.
My appointment was made at the scheduled time.
Dr. Joana Roa and Dr. Sonia Minutti were super kind, pleasant and explained to me everything they did and saw through the studies and reviews they did, in addition to answering my questions.
What I also liked is that all the images, recipe and details of my studies can be consulted from your web portal.
I will gladly return in a few months after finishing my treatment :)
