★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habíamos llevado a nuestro hijo desde que nació a esta clínica, todo super bien con su pediatra, hoy tuvimos una emergencia debido a que ahora trabajan 24 hrs. Llegamos y el doctor no estaba, había una paciente más esperando, mi bebé llegó con mucha temperatura y no llegaba el doctor. La verdad muy poco profesional a simple vista, no traía equipo, su revisión bien, pero nada concreto para determinar cómo mejorar la situación del bebé. Creo que el costo beneficio no aplicó.
Habrá que mejorar el servicio 24/7 para subir estrellas.
We had taken our son to this clinic since he was born, all very well with his pediatrician, today we had an emergency because they now work 24 hours. We arrived and the doctor was not there, there was one more patient waiting, my baby arrived with a high temperature and the doctor did not arrive. The truth is very unprofessional at first glance, it did not bring equipment, its review was fine, but nothing concrete to determine how to improve the baby's situation. I think the cost benefit did not apply.
We will have to improve the 24/7 service to raise stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención nada profesionales especialmente el que dice ser neurolopediatra Rubén caballero no se toma la molestia de llegar a la cita tenía esperando a 4 familias y nunca llegó. Por necesidad esperamos con nuestros niños más de 3 horas.
Y ni las secretarias se tomaron la molestia de explicar que no llegaría el según doctor. No les recomiendo la clínica .
Terrible attention, not at all professional, especially the one who claims to be a neuropediatrician, Rubén Caballero, does not bother to get to the appointment, he had 4 families waiting and never came. Out of necessity we waited with our children for more than 3 hours.
And not even the secretaries bothered to explain that the second doctor would not arrive. I do not recommend the clinic.
