About Medica Universidad
La sociedad Médica Universidad nace en Enero de 1991 entre los doctores Francisco Gustavo Arenas Serna, Mariano Ramón Ramírez Peña y Ricardo Castillo Fernández como una idea de crear una clínica de atención médica integral, y en 1993 se inaugura su primera etapa en infraestructura que consta entonces de tres consultorios médicos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal trato por parte del personal administrativo y enfermería, muy poco tacto con los pacientes y familiares, los doctores muy bien pero honestamente están mejor gastando un poco más en cualquier otro hospital privado de la zona como la Bene o incluso el Cemain.
 Very bad treatment by the administrative and nursing staff, very little tact with patients and families, the doctors are very good but honestly they are better spending a little more in any other private hospital in the area such as Bene or even Cemain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal trato a pacientes en cesárea, nada profesionales por parte del personal de enfermeros, aprovechados de la situación y muy poco higiénicos. No lo recomiendo para nada, aparentemente te cobran cierta cantidad de dinero, pero terminadas pagando lo mismo que en cemain, los ángeles o la bene, por una mejor prestación de servicios. Un consejo no se traten aquí
Very bad treatment of patients in cesarean section, not very professional by the nursing staff, taking advantage of the situation and very unhygienic. I do not recommend it at all, apparently they charge you a certain amount of money, but you end up paying the same as in cemain, los angeles or la bene, for a better provision of services. Pague dos días de hospital y el segundo día ya ni me querían atender, me cobraron mis vendajes de la cesárea y me vendaron horrible hasta se me salió la gasa con la herida.
El trato a mi bebé fue muy inhumano, nos dejaban con el bebé llorando horas y horas en espera, ni el residente de pediatría ni el pediatra se quiso aparecer . PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA
Very bad service, they inflate your bill terribly and on top of that they charge you extra, they do things wrong.
I paid two days in hospital and on the second day they didn't even want to treat me, they charged me for my cesarean section bandages and they bandaged me horrible until the gauze came off with the wound.
The treatment of my baby was very inhumane, they left us with the baby crying for hours and hours waiting, neither the pediatric resident nor the pediatrician wanted to appear. BAD EXPERIENCE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención me alivie por cesarea en septiembre,mi ginecologo Victor Rodríguez, pediatra Erubyel Castañón y el anestesiologo Parra,muy muy buenos doctores..muy pacientes (y vaya que el dr parra me tuvo paciencia) y atentos la atención fué muy satisfactoria me trataron super bien y las secretarias fueron super amables con mi esposo ya que habia cosas que no entendía...el precio fué lo justo no nos cobrarón más..solo el excedente pero fué poco.
Salimos muy contentos de tan buena atención,muchas gracias a todo el personal enfermeros y camilleros. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Excellent care, I was relieved by cesarean section in September, my gynecologist Victor Rodríguez, pediatrician Erubyel Castañón and anesthesiologist Parra, very very good doctors... very patient (and Dr. Parra was patient with me) and attentive, the care was very satisfactory, they treated me super good and the secretaries were super nice to my husband since there were things he didn't understand...the price was fair, they didn't charge us more...only the surplus but it was little.
We left very happy with such good care, thank you very much to all the nurses and stretcher bearers. I highly recommend it.
