Fue una pérdida de tiempo y dinero la consulta. I went to Dr. Leonardo Márquez (neurologist) and he did not give a solution to my problem, he limited himself to sending me to an Institute of neurology in Guadalajara or Mexico since he declared himself incompetent which seemed unprofessional and showed little knowledge in his specialty . The consultation was a waste of time and money.

La atención de las secretarias tanto personal como por teléfono muy amable. También me he atendido con el Dr. Corona, siempre muy profesional. Un lugar tranquilo y limpio. Very good the Allergologist, Jazmín Chávez treated kindly and very well trained, she attends to several people in my family for allergies and to me. The attention of the secretaries, both personal and by phone, very friendly. I have also seen Dr. Corona, always very professional. A quiet and clean place.

They would not let me come back and resume the test, I was instructed to start over. I never received an apology for the time and energy wasted. Horrible service! Update: this is my third time here today because of mistakes from the laboratory. Still no apology. I've wasted my full day because of their errors. Do yourself a favor and go to any other laboratory other than this one.
V	Veronica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OBGYN Visit Dr. Alfonso Naranjo is a great doctor. He took the time to draw out and explain my condition to me, as well as why he was recommending certain options. I had to wait 1.5 hours because he was coming from a surgery with complications. He did text me beforehand that he would be a little late. This was something out of his control. However, I still greatly appreciated his thorough explanation and additional resources. He did a great job even after being tired and coming from a surgery. I feel relaxed now understanding the science behind my treatment options. He then quickly booked a follow up for me as well.
