★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado tiempo de espera, tienen buena atención, muchas enfermeras pero un solo médico, el tiempo de espera para que te atiendan puede ser de hasta 2 horas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo 1 hora 40 minutos esperando a que llegue el medico de turno y el establcimiento estaba vacío, el personal de enfermeria nos atendio bien el problema es la atención del personal médico aunque la presentacion y la atención del personal sea el adecuado el mal trato del personal medico arruina toda la atención, si llegan a tener un percance soliciten a su ajustador atención en otro sitio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente no es un término nada familiar en este establecimiento. Llegue aquí por seguros AXA y el trato no es adecuado. La parte medica no es lo esperado y no hay calidad en el servicio. Actúan de manera automatizada da lo mismo si el paciente llego por un accidente leve o grave aquí la solución es reposo y ketorolaco ante la nula valoración médica. La parte de rehabilitación esta un poco mejor las personas que atienden (obviamente son otras ) lo hacen muy bien y son muy profesionales.
Customer service is not a familiar term in this establishment. Arrive here for AXA insurance and the treatment is not appropriate. The medical part is not expected and there is no quality in the service. They act in an automated way if the patient arrived due to a minor or serious accident here, the solution is rest and ketorolac before the null medical evaluation. The rehabilitation part is a little better the people who attend (obviously they are others) do very well and are very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio médico, el médico de guardia de la noche valoró a mi familiar, dijo que no tenía nada y había fractura de huesos nasales, desviación de tabique, y laceracion de piel de la nariz, la cual con pesima técnica suturó, cuando es más que sabido que heridas en cara se refieren al plástico. Simplemente de lo peor, ahora mi familiar tendrá que vivir con una cicatriz en piel, que no obstante el cirujano plástico la arregló, quedará bastante mal debido al mal trabajo de este médico. Es increíble como dejan ejercer la medicina a tipos asi.

Horrible servicio.
Pide que cuando te vayan a atropellar o chocar sea temprano, porque sino te dan citas en la madrugada porque debe ser en el turno de tu accidente.
Mejor NO VAYAN!!!!
