Pregunte si los regresaba había una devolución, la cual
la srita. Marcela me dijo que si había una posibilidad
Que lo llevará a las 10:00 y me ayudaría a que me
regresaran algo, (un tanque lo regrese Lleno) le platique
que sino me regresaban algo, lo donaría a alguien, igual
y económicamente le ayudaba a una persona que no
tuviera recursos, pero al decirme que me ayudaría con una devolución, decidí llevarlos
Al siguiente día se me complico mi tiempo y me exigió que se los devolviera porque
la gente estaba buscando y ya los había comprometido, la verdad me sentí mal por
no cumplir con la hora y pague taxis para poder realizar la devolución, siempre la promesa
que me iban a regresar algo de lo que me habían cobrado del mes.
Después de 8 días de traerme con excusas me dice
“lo siendo hermosa NUNCA se regresan los pagos cobrados por mes”.
Mi molestia es que lo supo desde un inicio, le reclamo y a me dice muy orgullosa
que me dio el mejor servicio y hace todo por ayudar, cuando la realidad es que cobran
por un servicio y bastante. Cuando uno vende un servicio es obligación ser amable con tu
Cliente por que no estas regalando estas haciendo negocio y muy respetable, pero que
no te quieran vender que te hacen un favor cuando cobran bastante bien.
Y mi coraje es que pude haber ayudado a alguien mas que lo necesitara no a ellos que
Hicieron mas negocio de estos día que ya estaban pagados.
