★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si por mi fuera pondría cero estrellas, media hora de espera con una cita agendada en gastroenterología, si no preguntas nadie te dice nada. Nadie me atendió pues el doctor tenía a otro paciencia sin hora para desocuparse.
 If it were up to me I would put zero stars, half an hour of waiting with an appointment scheduled in gastroenterology, if you don't ask no one will tell you anything. No one attended to me because the doctor had another patience with no time to vacate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera ponerle cero estrellas lo haría, muy mala atención por parte del área de ginecologia muy mal diagnostico, la peor experiencia en mi vida con un ginecologo, no hay respeto por el tiempo ya que te dejan esperando horas aunque tengas una cita.
If I could give it zero stars, I would do it, very bad attention from the gynecology area, very bad diagnosis, the worst experience in my life with a gynecologist, there is no respect for time since they leave you waiting for hours even if you have an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costos no tan elevados, buena atención por algunas chicas en recepción, lugar muy limpio, cuenta con estacionamiento, laboratorio de análisis y óptica. Lo que no me parece es que si todos nos piden el cubrebocas , incluso algún personal de ahí lo porta... Hay una persona (hombre) que no lo porta, no se que cargo tenga ahí en la. Clínica, solo trae en la mano el Cubrebocas y así entra a los consultorios a revisar no se qué... y hace un salpicadero de saliva porque anda platicando con las de recepción (obvio ha de salpicar) y andan risa y risa.. Pero bueno, nadie del Personal le. Dice nada, por lo que yo he visto. Eso es lo que no me pareció
Not so high costs, good attention by some girls at the reception, very clean place, it has parking, analysis laboratory and optics. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieres ir al medico general después de las 6pm ya no tienen médico, ya que comentan las señoritas de recepción que aun que el horario marca hasta las 8pm. El medico se va antes.
If you want to go to the general practitioner after 6pm they no longer have a doctor, as the ladies at the reception say that even though the hours mark until 8pm. The doctor leaves earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La dermatóloga, la dra Araceli Barrera Jácome es poco empática porque no muestra interés por brindar un trato digno a sus pacientes. También es irresponsable porque se deslinda de sus tratamientos sin enfrentar los efectos secundarios de los mismos, sólo te manda a volar, lo cual muestra su falta de ética profesional. E intolerante, porque si ya no quiere atenderte te bloquea del Whatsapp para no hacerse cargo de sus acciones. Llega tarde a sus consultas y te atiende de prisa. Su asistente es déspota, al llegar me miraba de arriba para abajo y no es muy amable.
No se ve muy limpio el lugar y debería de ser, especialmente por el covid.
Si pudiera dar cero estrellas sería la calificación más atinada
The dermatologist, Dr. Araceli Barrera Jácome, is not very empathetic because she shows no interest in providing dignified treatment to her patients. He is also irresponsible because he distances himself from his treatments without facing their side effects, he just sends you flying, which shows his lack of professional ethics. And intolerant, because if he no longer wants to serve you, he blocks you from Whatsapp so as not to take responsibility for his actions. He arrives late for his consultations and attends to you in a hurry. His assistant is a despot, when he arrived he looked me up and down and he is not very friendly.
The place does not look very clean and it should be, especially due to covid.
If I could give zero stars it would be the most accurate rating
