G	Gabriela Sánchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué con mi hijo hace rato quien tenía una hora sin parar de vomitar, la de recepción me atendió muy bien, pero el doctor en turno lo noté de mal humor, ni saludó, ni le preguntó nombre a mi hijo, ni lo revisó, sólo le hizo unas preguntas pero en ningún momento le tocó el estómago para checarlo como comúnmente lo hacen, únicamente se sentó le recetó solo Ranitidina y otro medicamento y le indicó a la enfermera que le inyectará. Me comentó: -esto es una intoxicación por alimento sólo le inyecte algo para el dolor y para que no vomité pero si continúa llévelo al seguro para que lo canalicen y le receten Antibióticos a lo que me preguntó, primero como sabe si no escuchó el ruido intestinal, no lo revisó, y segundo si sabía que tenía por qué no le recetó el médicamento para ello. Me cobraron 140 pesos por una inyección. Y todavía le dice la enfermera al dr. -apenas que se había dormido, perdón pero creo que es parte de su guardia, no digo que no duerman pero si llega algún paciente creo que se merece ser atendido como se debe, en las consultas de 20 pesos de las farmacias atienden mucho mejor. Por mi parte después de esta experiencia no me quedan ganas de acudir a esta institución. No soy médico pero he visto el trabajo de varios y de ahí saco mi conclusión de que no se nos brindó el servicio adecuado.
