If you need a test to travel back to the U.S., their Rapid Antigen test costs 500 pesos ($25 or so). I got the results in 5 minutes and they hand you a certificate in-person and a digital one through Whatsapp (if you want it).
Make sure you bring your passport and phone with you (they told me a picture of my passport works too).
The staff is super friendly, but they don't speak English very well so you might have to talk through Google Translate or something.
P.s. - They do the test up your nose in case anyone is wondering
