★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO. Servicio muy lento. No hay gente y aún así tardé en realizar un estudio. Me dijeron que me enviarían mis resultados por correo y no los recibí, el teléfono no lo contestan, fui a la sucursal a recoger mis resultados y nos los tenían disponibles porque el sistema "no funcionaba", quedaron en enviármelos por correo sin falta y no lo han hecho. Siguen sin contestar el teléfono.
 APPALLING. Very slow service. There are no people and it still took me a while to conduct a study. They told me that they would send me my results by mail and I did not receive them, they did not answer the phone, I went to the branch to collect my results and they had them available to us because the system "did not work", they agreed to send them by mail without fail and they did not they have done. They still don't answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en recepción es muy lenta. Parece que siempre tienen problemas con el sistema y la señal. Más de una hora de espera para pasar en recepción y con muy pocos pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo no me di cuenta que tenía 1.7 de evaluación. Y totalmente. Primero me cotizan diferente, me hacen estar 20 minutos antes de la cita, tengo ayudo, me anda del baño y no puedo ir (por los estudios) han pasado 40 minutos de la hora de mi cita y aún no me pasan.
How did I not realize that it had a 1.7 evaluation. And totally. First they quote me differently, they make me be there 20 minutes before the appointment, I have help, I leave the bathroom and I can't go (because of studies) 40 minutes have passed since my appointment time and they still haven't passed me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no sé para qué dan citas si no las respetan, te piden tomar más de 1 litro de agua para un estudio y se tardan horas en pasarte, obvio uno ya no aguanta. Desgraciadamente no me fijé en las opiniones antes de ir. Si se pudiera les daba 0 estrellas, no se merecen ni una. Evítense el mal rato y las horas de espera, vayan a otro laboratorio
Terrible service, I don't know why they give appointments if they don't respect them, they ask you to drink more than 1 liter of water for a study and it takes hours to get through, obviously one can't stand it anymore. Unfortunately I did not pay attention to the opinions before going. I would give them 0 stars if I could, they don't deserve one. Avoid the bad time and hours of waiting, go to another laboratory
