★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waze nos dio indicaciones equivocadas. Marcamos a olab y ahí también nos dieron indicaciones equivocadas, ahora sobre el horario. La señorita que contesto, de mal humor, el sistema para poder hablar con alguien malísimo. Lastima porque me gusta la marca y el servicio que recibo. Los sistemas de atención a cliente, sin embargo, son malísimos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una verdadera porquería esperar 1 hora para que te hagan prueba antígeno cuando no tienen nada de gente ... Tardan muchísimo en hacerte un cobro y más en hacerte una prueba, solo ves paseando a sus empleados y todos super puntuales en irse a comer

Pésimo servicio, no mandan los resultados en tiempo y forma, de hecho tuve que ir a recogerlos ya que no los mandan, no te dan factura, te mandan a su portal a facturar y no sirve, los correos de contacto no operan y el mail rebota, no dan soluciones por teléfono y no se hacen responsables en nada.
AVOID A COURAGE!!! Terrible service, they do not send the results in a timely manner, in fact I had to go and pick them up since they do not send them, they do not give you an invoice, they send you to their portal to invoice and it does not work, the contact emails do not work and the email bounces, they do not give solutions by phone and they are not responsible for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar, rápidos en hacer análisis y muy especializados. Al recibir resultados fue rápido y la atención por Teléfono es buena.
No hay estacionamiento consideren eso, pero no veo desventaja si son análisis, pagas parkimetro y ya.
El único detalle es que en Recepción no es tan eficiente. Suele tardar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hice una prueba PCR COVID, me dijeron que el resultado estaría al siguiente día y no fue así, ¡me lo daran 3 días después! ¡Si hubiera tenido que viajar hubiera perdido mi vuelo y si es positivo estoy perdiendo 3 días de tratamiento! Esto es grave!
Actualización: Finalmente servicio al cliente abrio un incidente y al final me enviaron mis resultados en la noche.
I did a test PCR COVID, I was told that the result would be the next day and it was not so, I will give it 3 days later! If I had had to travel I would have missed my flight and if positive'm missing 3 days of treatment! This is serious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal amable y atento, pero es un asco su logística, 2 cobran y sólo 1 toma muestra, lo que hace que tarden 30min en cobrar desde que llegas mas otros 40 min de espera para muestra.
NO tienen control sanitario ni protocolo para toma COVID, misma línea de espera.
Al dejar la muestra, misma historia, haces fila junto con los que apenas van a cobrar, sólo para que corroboren tu registro y volver a esperar a que te llamen para te reciban la muestra, más de 1 hora, para que te reciban la muestra lo que hace que si tiene especificaciones de tiempo la muestra, se pierda.
Friendly and attentive staff, but their logistics are disgusting, 2 charge and only 1 takes a sample, which makes it take 30 minutes to collect from the moment you arrive plus another 40 minutes to wait for a sample.
They do NOT have health control or protocol for taking COVID, same waiting line.
When you leave the sample, same story, you stand in line with those who are barely going to get paid, only to have them verify your registration and wait again for them to call you to receive the sample, more than 1 hour, for them to receive the sample. which means that if the sample has time specifications, it will be lost.
