★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la gente de recepción, parece que les vienes a pedir regalado, de nada sirve que hagas el trámite en línea si te lo vuelven a hacer en el lugar, tardas mucho. Abren media hora después de su horario, algo pésimo para alguien que tiene sus tiempos medidos. Y la cereza del pastel, los baños están muy sucios y sin agua. La verdad no los recomiendo par nada.
Terrible service from the people at the reception, it seems that you come to ask for a gift, it is useless to do the process online if they do it again on the spot, it takes a long time. They open half an hour after their schedule, something terrible for someone who has their times measured. And the cherry on the cake, the bathrooms are very dirty and without water. I really don't recommend them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO. Saque una cita y pague a través de su página y el día que me presento no contaban con el servicio. Llevo 6 semanas solicitando una devolución de mi dinero por el servicio y solo me dan pretextos.
APPALLING. I made an appointment and paid through their page and the day I showed up they did not have the service. I have been requesting a refund of my money for the service for 6 weeks and they only give me excuses.

1.- Dan una CITA para que se sea puntual y terminan haciendo el estudio 50 min TARDE y solo se acordaron por que uno les sube a reclamar.
2.- Dan una fecha de ENTREGA DE RESULTADOS, te hacen ir a perder el tiempo ya que no lo tienen aún listo, me dicen “mañana ya puede pasar por ellos”, y siguen sin tenerlos, y los solicitan a los “profesionales” en ese momento para que lo entreguen y con broche de ORO, ENTREGAN con fechas incorrectas
hacen perder el tiempo para quienes tenemos el tiempo medido. Les pago por un servicio, no se pide regalado nada y el servicio es nefasto
TERRIBLE SERVICE!
1.- They give an APPOINTMENT to be punctual and end up doing the study 50 min LATE and they only remembered because one of them goes up to complain.
2.- They give a date for DELIVERY OF RESULTS, they make you go waste your time since they don't have it ready yet, they tell me "tomorrow you can go through them", and they still don't have them, and they request them from the "professionals" at that time to be delivered and with a GOLDEN brooch, DELIVERED with incorrect dates
they waste time for those of us who have measured time. I pay them for a service, nothing is asked for as a gift and the service is disastrous
