★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo que vengas a recoger resultados y te tardan más de 30 minutos para entregártelos. Tienen solo a una persona en recepción.
 Terrible that you come to collect results and it takes you more than 30 minutes to deliver them. They only have one person at the front desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo el personal fue muy amable, desde la persona que nos recibió el auto del Valet, el guardia, los Laboratoristas, Doctores y administrativos, inclusive para solucionar ciertos inconvenientes con mis recetas médicas. Excelente atención al cliente!
All the staff were very friendly, from the person who received us the Valet car, the guard, the Laboratories, Doctors and administrators, even to solve certain problems with my medical prescriptions. Excellent customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacerme un estudio que solo esta en esta sucursal. Me demoraron casi 25 minutos en atenderme siendo que tenia cita programada. La doctora que atendió no tuvo como el cuidado y fue muy doloroso el estudio. Mal puntaje en servicio, aunque segun mi doctora sus diagnósticos de estudios son muy atinados
I went to do a study that is only in this branch. It took me almost 25 minutes to attend to me being that I had a scheduled appointment. The doctor who attended was not as careful and the study was very painful. Bad score in service, although according to my doctor her diagnoses from studies are very accurate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca contestan el teléfono y cuando pones la opción de dar una queja se corta la llamada. No los recomiendo por ningún motivo, no hay seriedad, ni calidad. Una vez que llegas el servicio De espera es exagerado (poco personal y muy torpes todos). La mayoría no trae bien puesto el
Cubrebocas y usualmente se preguntan todo porque no saben cómo hacerlo.
Si necesitan hacerse estudios preferible ir al chopo, sé que tampoco son buenos, pero al menos contestan el Tel y dan servicio
Terrible service, they never answer the phone and when you put the option to make a complaint the call is cut off. I do not recommend them for any reason, there is no seriousness, nor quality. Once you arrive the waiting service is exaggerated (little staff and very clumsy all). Most do not wear the
Mouth covers and they usually wonder everything because they don't know how to do it.
If studies need to be done, it is preferable to go to the poplar, I know they are not good either, but at least they answer the Tel and give service

Llegando a las instalaciones es otro costo.
NO ENTIENDO. !!!! Si no hay comunicación entre la recepción y el corporativo.
Lo cual es molesto cuando mando a la persona con el dinero exacto.

They do not give the complete information that I need to have a membership that has an additional cost for them to give me the service of a plate price previously agreed by telephone.

Me dijero que llamara al número de atención a clientes, le di seguimiento durante varios días pero no me dieron ninguna solución hasta que una semana después me dijeron que ya no había nada que hacer porque el laboratorio había tirado mi muestra. Lamentablemente la información faltante era crucial para mi diagóstico. Pésimo servicio y atención a cliente. Tiré mi dinero a la basura.
They gave me the incomplete results of my study. He told me to call the customer service number, I followed up for several days but they did not give me any solution until a week later they told me that there was nothing to do because the laboratory had thrown away my sample. Unfortunately the missing information was crucial for my diagnosis. Terrible service and customer care. I threw my money away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service!! After reading reviews I was hesitant, but had to have a covid test. I started With Maribel who answered all my questions and has wonderful customer service. Then had Nurse Erick and he was also very informative and detailed. I couldn’t believe how nice and caring everyone here is! Even the security guard was so nice and helped me get my ticket to enter smoothly and all I had to do is wait to be called. Thank you Maribel and Erick!!
