★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He acudido a esta sucursal en 4 ocasiones distintas, no he tenido problema alguno, los resultados siempre los mandan por correo antes de la fecha indicada. Con las disposiciones por covid mantienen el área cerrada para asegurar no haya aglomeramiento de personas, es probable tengas que esperar afuera un momento en lo que salen clientes.
Los horarios han variado mucho con las distintas disposiciones por covid, pueden cambiar de un día al otro los horarios.
 I have visited this branch on 4 different occasions, I have not had any problems, the results are always sent by mail before the indicated date. With the provisions for covid they keep the area closed to ensure there is no crowding of people, you will probably have to wait outside for a moment as customers leave.
The schedules have varied a lot with the different provisions due to covid, the schedules can change from one day to the next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quejo por lo tardado que son, te entretienen mucho, no se si les falta personal, o un mejor sistema para no hacer esperar tanto a los pacientes que van a realizarse estudios. En ocasiones el mismo que me atiene cobrando es el que me saca la sangre y de verdad no es tan profesional eso. Nunca me han tratado mal pero su operación interna esta muy mal planeada. Necesitan agilizar las cosas, tienen muy poca gente para atender y encima que te demoren demasiado tomando el pago y tus datos, te hace desesperar.
I complain about how long they are, they entertain you a lot, I don't know if they lack staff, or a better system to not make patients wait so long for tests. Sometimes the same person who pays me is the one who draws my blood and it really isn't that professional. They have never treated me badly but their internal operation is very poorly planned. They need to streamline things, they have very few people to serve and on top of that they take too long to take the payment and your data, it makes you desperate.
