★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un estetoscopio y venía con grabado gratis pero tarda en hacer el grabado 4 días lo que sugerí es que si me lo podía llevar por qué era para un regalo y después vendria hacer el grabado y me dijeron que no lo cual no me pareció correcto ya que pague el producto que les cuesta esperar un día para hacer el grabado
I bought a stethoscope and it came with a free engraving but it takes 4 days to do the engraving. What I suggested is that if I could take it for what it was for a gift and then I would do the engraving and they told me that it did not seem right that pays the product that costs them to wait a day to make the engraving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debo especificar que el trato de la gente fue muy amable y respetuosa. Solo un pequeño detalle. Pague el importe de un envío urgente (de un día para otro) pero por alguna razón al hablar a FedEx me dicen que llegará en 4 días. Solo suplico mayor atención en esos detalles.
I must specify that the treatment of the people was very kind and respectful. Just a little detail. Pay the amount of an express shipment (overnight) but for some reason when speaking to FedEx they tell me that it will arrive in 4 days. I just beg for more attention on those details.
