Pésimo servició, desde la recepción hasta la doctora, son excluyentes, sobre todo cuando el seguro es escolar, incluyendo a la persona que entrega el medicamento, que se rió de mi cuándo me estaba retirando porque no tenían el medicamento completo y no querían entregarlo. Me trataron y me hicieron perder mi tiempo, dinero y edfuerzo, peor que en el IMSS..

Lousy service, from the reception to the doctor, are exclusive, especially when the insurance is school, including the person who delivers the medication, who laughed at me when I was withdrawing because they did not have the full medication and did not want to deliver it. They treated me and made me waste my time, money and effort, worse than in the IMSS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del personal, ya que en una complicación en el embarazo de mi esposa ,recepcionistas y enfermeras concideraron que "no era una emergencia" y teníamos que esperar más de una hora.trataron mejor a mi esposa en el IMSS.
Poor attention from the staff, since in a complication in my wife's pregnancy, receptionists and nurses considered that "it was not an emergency" and we had to wait more than an hour. They treated my wife better at IMSS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Nunca pude hacer una cita. Llamé dos días diferentes, el primer día me dejaron en espera 3 veces , una de casi media hora. La tercera llamada les reclamé y me dijeron que dejara mi teléfono y regresaban la llamada (nunca lo hicieron), el segundo día volví a marcar y me hicieron lo mismo.
Appalling. I never made an appointment I called two different days, the first day they left me waiting 3 times, one of almost half an hour. The third call I complained and they told me to leave my phone and return the call (they never did), the second day I dialed again and they did the same to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por Tooodooos los doctores, llegue a urgencias, me tuvieron desde el martes en la tarde noche hasta el jueves internada haciendo me estudios y dándome una infinidad de diagnósticos que ninguno era. Siempre buscando algo para operarme , termine pidiendo mi alta voluntaria el jueves 25 julio. No vayan a ese seudo hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena la atención, sobre todo con el apoyo acerca de como serán los procedimientos y como serán los siguientes pasos, muy cómodas las instalaciones y siempre al pendiente el cuerpo de enfermeras y trabajo social.
The care is very good, especially with the support about how the procedures will be and how the next steps will be, the facilities are very comfortable and the nurses and social work corps are always attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención por parte de enfermería y médicos. Solo las chicas de caja les hace falta tener más comunica entre ellas. Instalaciones super limpias y el área de espera también. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Excellent attention from nurses and doctors. Only the cashier girls need to have more communication with each other. Super clean facilities and the waiting area as well. I highly recommend it.

Desde la recepción es evidente la ausencia de medidas de higiene y seguridad, hay gente por todoos lados tosiendo e incluso durmiendo en los sillones (los propios empleados) y bueno después de 40 minutos de espera, el médico no llego, Gastroenterólogo. El precio de la consulta de especialidad no es económico (600) y aunque a primera impresión parece un buen lugar, en realidad no lo es. Cero recomendable.
Terrible service. From the reception it is evident the absence of hygiene and safety measures, there are people all over the place coughing and even sleeping in the armchairs (the employees themselves) and well, after 40 minutes of waiting, the doctor did not arrive, Gastroenterologist. The price of the specialty consultation is not cheap (600) and although at first impression it seems a good place, in reality it is not. Zero recommended.
