My wife had a caesarean section at star medical in chihuahua and it was a terrible experience, in short, the anesthesiologist injected her 5 times, she did not anesthetize her well and she felt all the pain of the cut and the pushes they gave her to get my baby out , it was something very wild and we have the video to verify it, it seemed that he had taken her to the municipal slaughterhouse. They told her that they were going to make an 8 cm cut and they made it 15 cm! They said that the baby came with a tangled cord and it was not true! It could have been a natural birth, but they always want to charge as much as possible. Apart from that they made me sign a BLANK PROMISSORY PROMISE before entering, being that I had already paid for everything in advance and in the best suite, this is ILLEGAL! Their "security" does not exist at dawn, there are no security guards, anyone can pass by, steal a baby or do something evil as if nothing happened. They didn't let me bring in food from outside, I had to buy them at their restaurant and I also had to buy flowers at their authorized florist if I couldn't bring in flower arrangements from somewhere else, they have a well-planned round of business. I am going to file a formal complaint with LEX & CO in CONAMED so that these types of unethical doctors are removed from preferring the benefit of their businesses before prioritizing the health and well-being of their patients. Lousy place! Do not come! - It takes 1 hour to do the covid-19 test, which is a mandatory requirement for them. - At the time of filling out the income documentation, the staff works very slowly. - They make you sign a blank promissory note, when you question them, they tell you that this is their procedure. - They don't give you your room on time, they kept me and my pregnant wife for 4 hours in the emergency room and there they "prepared" her for surgery. - How the emergency room was full, they took me and my wife to the area outside the operating rooms and they kept us there for an hour and a half waiting. - The surgery started late, even though it was supposed to be "scheduled". - The service and attention are terrible by the staff - Bathrooms smell bad and look unhygienic - The pediatrician arrived 1 hour late, the patient was already under anesthesia and about to start and there was no shadow of the pediatrician. - They did not put bandages on his legs to prevent clots and they did not realize it until we made the observation. - At the end of the surgery, we still hadn't been assigned a room, I had to go and ask for one to be assigned to us. - They did not give us the room that we had reserved, they gave us a much lower category. - When you have a patient in recovery, you ask for reports on their condition and they don't tell you anything, they come out with the excuse that they dial but don't answer, they never give you information. - Terrible communication between nursing staff and doctors. - Parking is horrible, very overcrowded all the time. - The food is so-so. And that I haven't been in this hospital for a day! Really don't come, you're going to have a horrible time. Terrible experience, for what they charge you can go to other much better places.

Terrible service they only care about money and NEVER attend to the patient, not to mention that if you do not sign a blank promissory note they do not receive you even if you have everything paid. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had, based on deceit and lies they gave me a cesarean section (which I didn't need) they mistreated me and my baby, during the surgery and in the end the anesthesia had passed, I told them that and still they continued , like nothing. It is the worst experience I have ever had, (when receiving your baby should be the opposite) I was treated by incompetent doctors. By exposing my case to the director of the hospital, I only wasted my time since they cover all their bad practices. I do not recommend it for ANYTHING and I hope that no mother and especially first-timers like me, do not go through what these people made me go through and that they inform themselves well before arriving at a place like this of lousy service and attention. They forget that it is people who are attending and not objects, but luckily for me, they treated me like an object.
